With a strong foundation in Computer Science, Demola has built a multidisciplinary career spanning art directing, digital marketing, web and UI/UX design, graphic design, branding, Paid Ads (Google & Meta), multimedia production, and training. His ability to bridge technical expertise with creative insight has positioned him as a trusted advisor in the creative and tech ecosystem.

Demola is an entrepreneur and community builder, as well as the visionary founder of several impactful initiatives, including Ace Creative Community, Ace Creative Academy, Ace Creative Connect, and Ace Creative Summit. Through these platforms, he has created spaces for learning, collaboration, mentorship, and global conversations, empowering creatives and technologists across Africa, Europe, North America and beyond.

His professional journey includes senior leadership roles within leading organisations. He served as Creative Director at Vine Insight, where he helped evolve the design studio into a full-service digital agency. He also held leadership positions as Lead, Design & Digital at Scope Markets and Production Manager at X3M Ideas, one of Africa’s foremost advertising agencies.

Today, Demola provides strategic advisory support across his ventures, drives innovation within the digital landscape, and continues to mentor the next generation of creative and tech leaders.

He currently works as a Paid Search Manager at a UK-based telecommunications and digital agency. He is also the host of the Ace Creative Connect Podcast, where he amplifies stories, ideas, and insights from across the global creative and tech community.
